EnvoMask came to us with a multifaceted request. Their products — which include reusable respirators designed for healthcare, construction, and other service professions — existed on one eCommerce platform, while their informative site content was hosted by another. Their goal was to integrate all existing content into one seamless web experience while optimizing their site for mobile.
ECommerce and Thought Leadership Join Forces
Envo had two separate URLs for their store and marketing pages, both of which came up in search results and made it confusing for consumers looking to learn more about their products. The Vital team needed to condense all existing digital content into one source of truth and make it easier to navigate on both the front and back ends. Optimizing the client’s eCommerce platform would also make it much easier for their team to process high-volume orders, especially in the wake of COVID-19 and heightened awareness around respiratory health.
One Stop Shopping
Vital updated the existing Envo marketing site to include WooCommerce, plus a customized reporting system for the accounting and fulfillment departments. We also updated the user experience during checkout, making the process as smooth as possible on both sides of the screen. Our team was able to push the limits of the WooCommerce platform with custom coding in the back end. We cleaned up the site copy, gave it room to breathe, and added Industry pages to demonstrate how Envo’s innovative products help keep consumers safe during work and play. Fresh product photography was the cherry on top of the new site rollout, showcasing Envo’s line of NIOSH-approved respirators, filters, and accessories in action.
