Paid Social Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and optimize highly targeted paid social campaigns across multiple channels.
- Own day-to-day campaign management, including budget allocation, pacing, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly from the start with rigorous QA.
- Monitor daily performance to proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Partner with Paid Media Managers to support broader account strategy and long-term performance improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align messaging, creative direction, measurement frameworks, and reporting.
- Maintain strong organization across multiple accounts, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay up to date on the latest in the field and share ideas the team can test and scale.
- Participate in regular client calls, providing thoughtful updates on campaign performance, learnings, and next steps.
- Work with a team dedicated to client success in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Have 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Have direct experience managing live campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Possess a strong understanding of paid social fundamentals.
- Be comfortable with leveraging performance data to inform decisions, recommendations, and testing priorities.
- Possess a working knowledge of tracking concepts, such as UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and attribution basis.
- Have experience analyzing performance with tools such as Google Analytics and platform-native reporting dashboards.
- Be detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over clean builds, accurate data, and reliable execution.
- Be able to manage multiple campaigns, accounts, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a clear, thoughtful communicator who collaborates effectively with teammates across disciplines.

- TikTok Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Certification
- Experience managing campaigns on additional platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, etc.)
- Exposure to B2B paid social, demand gen, or lead-focused campaigns
- WordPress or CMS-driven website experience
