Nicole became an account manager for a digital marketing agency shortly after graduating from the University of Hartford.
After working in customer service-focused roles for a number of years, pursuing a career in marketing felt like the right fit, especially because she loves to build strong relationships and support others in achieving their goals.
She has experience working with clients across a wide variety of industries and joined the Vital team to continue to build upon her project management and client success expertise. She takes pride in her strong communication skills and values working closely with all her team members.
Outside of work, Nicole loves to travel, enjoy nature, and spend time with her family and dogs.
