A Single Meeting Place for Multiple Audience Segments

Project Overview

Channel Partners Capital, a single source provider of equipment finance and working capital solutions, was looking for a new website to clearly define distinct services for its two audiences: lending partners and borrowers. We met this request with a plan for a block editor site build, complete with a comprehensive copywriting plan.

User(s)-friendly Web Design

The website we proposed needed to cater to two audiences, both in functionality and in voice and tone. We planned to accomplish this through updated copy and a back end that enabled member-only access to Channel’s lending partner audience.

Access Granted

The resulting site is clearly branded and easy to navigate, with specific navigation pathways for its two audience segments. The copy and visuals work in tandem to define how Channel works with both borrowers and partners. Vital even worked with the client’s IT team to set up single sign-on functionality so partners can log into the site and access exclusive content including events, products, and the Partner Dashboard. 

The site also features a Life at Channel culture page to assist with recruiting efforts and provides validation points across multiple pages in the form of accreditations, awards, and a TrustPilot widget.
