Overview
EasCorp and Vertifi are two powerhouses in the financial technology (fintech) space, providing strategic, financial, and technological support for credit unions. The sister companies each needed bold, modern websites to capture their unique brand identities and deliver a seamless digital experience for their diverse audiences.
Vital’s mission: To craft two distinct platforms that go beyond the basics, showcasing both companies’ services while driving lead generation, enabling dynamic content marketing, and ensuring long-term scalability.
Leveraging our custom Skeletor WordPress theme, the Vital team delivered two fully customized websites that are as sleek as they are strategic. Designed for impact and built for adaptability, these sites give the EasCorp and Vertifi teams full command of their content management systems, boosting operational efficiency and supercharging their marketing capabilities from within.

From Discovery to Delivery
We kicked off the project with collaborative discovery sessions to learn about EasCorp and Vertifi’s specific needs, target audiences, and aspirations. Using these insights, we created custom design systems and a robust content architecture, which added up to a cohesive, scalable visual identity for both websites. We leveraged the Skeletor WordPress theme to strike the perfect balance between built-in features and strategic customizations tailored to each brand.
Accessible and compliant
During development, we made sure to prioritize accessibility and compliance, ensuring both sites met WCAG 2.0 AA standards and adhered to GDPR and CCPA regulations. To set EasCorp and Vertifi up for long-term success, we led hands-on training sessions and recorded tutorials to empower their teams to manage content on their own. A month of post-launch support guaranteed a smooth handoff and rapid resolution of any technical hiccups.
We’re not going to lie — this project was not without its challenges
Early in the process, the client expressed some skepticism around the scale of the project, which required extra time and attention to address. But by answering their concerns with thoughtful responses and proactive collaboration (plus evidence of successful projects), the Vital team steadily built a strong relationship with the client and even used their feedback to refine our own internal documentation and processes.
Turning Obstacles into Opportunities
Internally, the team needed to figure out how to wrangle customizations into the out-of-the-box capabilities of the Skeletor theme, especially during the QA stage. This experience prompted improvements in overall project workflows, which led to better alignment between teams and a clearer approach to templated builds going forward.
