Certinia
Rolling Out a New Brand with a Smooth-as-Butter User Experience
Scope
Project Overview
Software platform Certinia connects all digital aspects of services operations, providing end-to-end integration between estimation, accounting, customer relationship management, and more. Having recently completed a rebranding project, Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) needed a new website with an excellent user experience to match their seamless, Services-as-a-Business platform.
Old Platform, New UX
Vital was tasked with updating Certinia’s old site to reflect their new brand identity while avoiding a complete site rebuild. We worked with Certinia’s branding partners to incorporate their designs into a beautiful, frictionless website experience that gets visitors where they need to go, fast, with minimal interruption to service during the refresh.
Our Favorite CMS to the Rescue
Certinia did not want to rebuild their site from the ground up, so the Vital team needed to work within their current CMS to complete the refresh. Fortunately, the flexibility of the WordPress platform meant we could roll out a complete brand update without starting from scratch.
Business as Usual
The new Certinia site welcomes visitors with a minimalist representation of their seamless software tools, complete with attractive infographics that illustrate their core beliefs around the Services-as-a-Business model. A straightforward meganav points visitors in all the right directions while clearly spelling out Certinia’s offerings and capabilities.
Better yet, the user-friendly WordPress CMS enables the client to make updates, without calling in the Vital dev team (though we’re always on call if needed).
