Carlisle needed us to tell a visual story about the history and quality of the handcrafted flooring product they had spent years perfecting. So woven throughout the site are large beautiful images of the wide plank floors in all their glory accompanied by detailed descriptions of what it means to build with a truly exceptional material like this. Of course conversions were still king here and that's why Carlisle came to Vital, everyone can do pretty - including us - but not everyone takes a baseline of best practices and years of UX experience and applies it to that veneer.
