We were tasked with building a website that positions CellFE as the leading provider for fast and safe cell therapy solutions. This meant that every single site element — from the copy to the design to the navigation — needed to communicate trustworthy solutions, instill confidence, and facilitate quick answers to visitors’ questions as clearly as possible.

Customization Is Key

This was Vital’s first website built using our custom Greyskull framework, a templated solution that streamlines the development process and ensures every client gets the same reliable digital foundation. The CellFE team were able to customize their site to suit their needs and preferences (check out the personalized team bio cards on the “About” page). 

Say What?

We’re not scientists, so one of our greatest challenges was helping CellFE communicate the complex nature of what they do in an approachable way. This is where communication is key — by holding interviews and collaborating with the client, our copywriters were able to develop clear, concise, impactful copy that conveys the critical nature of CellFE’s products and services. 

Another major benefit of establishing a clear voice and tone is that it creates a solid foundation for future content marketing efforts. The more confident a site visitor feels about CellFE’s expertise in the cell therapy space, the more likely they are to view the company as a thought leader that generates trustworthy content (posted on their blog, for example). This sets the stage for a robust content marketing program.
